We ordered waterproof sun resistant stickers for cars. 3 weeks outside, the stickers are starting to face so we had to get them back from the shops we sell to. Supplier is telling us we did not mention the stickers how long the stickers will be outside and that they are resistant if you don't stay too, long under the sun and that fading is normal (3 weeks....). We had a partial refund after escalating the problem to alibaba but we still can't sell those products. *Update following supplier's response to our review* : 1 . they say we didn't say anything about the environment and only asked for transaprent lamination. Feel free to check screenshots. We specifically asked for water resistant and sun resistant for cars. So it's a lie. 2 . They complain that we only showed them one sticker but we tested only one randomly chosen from 500 units. We don't see the point in testing them all as none should fade because final customers should be able to choose randomly and have great quality.
